Prior to joining TriCap, Phillip was a founder in 1999, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of ADResponseCorp (ADSR) a nationally recognized healthcare IT firm sold to TransUnion LLC Healthcare in 2007. The ADS technology won a US patent co-authored by Phillip that is used in hundreds of hospitals nationwide to automate and streamline enrollment into charity and other public health programs. Under Phillips direction the ADS platform has substantially improved the financial performance in many hospitals nationwide including some major systems. Phillip specializes in deploying technology solutions and processes that focus on the emerging Healthcare Retail model, the business of collecting high volume low balance accounts from insured patients and focusing on automating uninsured discounts and charity care for the poor.
