Mr. Golden, also a founding member of TriCap, is a strategic finance specialist with an extensive deal portfolio of mergers, acquisitions, alliances, joint ventures, licensing agreements and distribution deals along with the debt and equity financing arrangements needed to support them. Through his company, Keystone Business Group, LLC, Mr. Golden has spent over 20 years specializing in the specific growth needs of emerging companies and has taken active management roles with clients to bolster their teams during times of transition. Mr. Golden has a heavy cross-functional background in all operational disciplines including financial operations and sales; often in challenging, fast-paced, highly leveraged environment. Mr. Golden received a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University and is licensed as a CPA in the State of New York and continues to participate as an active member in various financial networks.
